This survey is designed to collect information about a single child, his/her tv viewing and web usage habits, and his/her thoughts about the PBS program Dinosaur Train, produced by the Jim Henson Company. If you have more than one child in the 4-6 target age-range, please feel free to complete additional surveys for each child. As part of this survey you will be asked to view three short videos (about 5 minutes total) with your child.
